Advice, OP:

As utterly repellent as I find Mittani, and indeed, most of this go-around's CSM--for nothing to do with scamming or ganking, by the way--even I can, at long last, respect--grudgingly. Very grudgingly--the 'Swarm again, at least for now.
This has been good for EVE, despite Mittens' brazen credit-whoring hypocrisy.
